VR-Gewinnspargemeinschaft e.V. is the German savings-lottery (Gewinnsparen) cooperative of the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken cooperative-bank network, headquartered in Hannover. It is operated by VR-Gewinnspargemeinschaft e.V. (a registered association) and runs the regional state lottery for Brandenburg, Bremen, Hamburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Niedersachsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Schleswig-Holstein and Thüringen.
