Caesars Entertainment divested its South African interests in early 2005 when Peermont Global Limited acquired the property, which subsequently rebranded as Emperors Palace Hotel Casino Resort. The complex spans approximately 188,000 square feet of casino space with around 1,724 slot machines and 67 table games, plus 96,875 square feet of convention space. The resort comprises four hotels, a spa, dining venues and entertainment facilities with complimentary shuttle services to the airport.
