The Canidrome in Macau was a greyhound racing stadium and pari-mutuel betting venue located in the Nossa Senhora de Fatima parish. It first opened in 1932, closed during the Second Sino-Japanese War, reopened in 1963 and continued as the only legal greyhound racing facility in Asia until 21 July 2018, when it was permanently closed under Macau Animal Protection Law. Over 500 greyhounds remaining at the venue were rehomed internationally. The Macao SAR Government plans to redevelop the site as a public sports park.
