About
Crystal Harmony was a luxury cruise ship built by Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in Nagasaki, Japan and delivered to Crystal Cruises on June 21, 1990. The vessel offered an onboard casino with slot machines and table games while sailing Crystal Cruises itineraries in Alaska, Canada, the Mediterranean and Northern Europe from 1990 to 2005. At the end of 2005 the ship was transferred to Asuka Cruises and renamed Asuka II, becoming the largest cruise ship under the Japanese flag. Under its current Japanese ownership the casino-style operations are not part of Crystal Cruises any longer.
