Emerald Island Casino is a downtown Henderson, Nevada hotel-casino at 120 Market Street in the Water Street District, opened on May 23, 2003. It is the area's only all-penny slots casino, complemented by sister property Rainbow Club. The Henderson Planning Commission approved a 14,500 square-foot expansion in recent years. The casino is owned by ECL Water Street LLC (Ron Winchell and Marc Falcone) since January 2024 and licensed by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
