Gateway Casino Vancouver Chinatown was a small land-based casino operated by Gateway Casinos in Vancouver, British Columbia. The 5,000 square foot facility was located on the second floor of the Mandarin Centre in Chinatown and was acquired by Gateway in April 1992. Slot machines were introduced in 1997 after the province legalized slots in casinos. The Chinatown Mandarin casino and the Royal Towers location were both closed in 2003 when Gateway redirected investment into larger properties, culminating in the opening of Cascades Casino Langley in 2005.
