About
Grand Waldo Casino was a land-based casino at the Grand Waldo Hotel on the Cotai Strip in Macau, the first casino to open on Cotai in May 2006. The 30,000 square foot gaming floor offered around 40 table games and 150 slot machines, although the floor was reduced in size in 2009. Galaxy Entertainment Group acquired the property in May 2013 and ultimately closed and rebranded the complex on 27 May 2015 as Broadway Macau, an entertainment wing of the adjacent Galaxy Macau resort. The original Grand Waldo casino is no longer operational.
