Casino Marina del Sol, known as MDS Talcahuano, is the largest entertainment and casino complex in Chile by land area and facilities, located in the municipality of Talcahuano in Greater Concepcion, Biobio Region. The property spans 54 hectares with 19,630 square metres of built facilities, including a gaming room, events hall, restaurant and bar. Inaugurated in 2009, it is 50% owned by Canadian investment firm Clairvest Group alongside Chilean real estate company Empresas Valmar. The complex includes the 120-room five-star Sonesta Hotel Concepcion with heated indoor pool, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, spa and outdoor jacuzzi.
