Casino Marina del Sol Talcahuano is the MDS Casinos flagship property and one of the largest casino and entertainment complexes in Chile, located in Talcahuano in Greater Concepcion, Biobio Region. Opened in 2009, the venue features a gaming hall, events hall, restaurant and bar across a site of 54 hectares with nearly 19,630 square metres of built facilities. A 50% stake is held by Canadian investment firm Clairvest Group in partnership with Chilean real estate group Valmar. The complex includes the 120-room five-star Sonesta Hotel Concepcion with heated indoor pool, spa, gym, sauna and Turkish bath.
