The casino is operated by Genting Casinos UK Limited, an indirect subsidiary of Genting Singapore PLC, under a 10-year concession awarded in 2009 and an Egyptian Ministry of Tourism tourist-casino licence. The venue offers slot machines and live table games to non-Egyptian passport holders, in line with national gaming regulations. The hotel itself is a Marriott-managed property and one of the longest-standing luxury hotels in Cairo.
