Oi Racecourse, also known as Tokyo City Keiba (TCK), is a regional horse-racing venue in Shinagawa, Tokyo, operated by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Bureau of Industrial and Labour Affairs together with the Tokyo City Keiba operator. Unlike JRA tracks it hosts National Association of Racing meets, including the Tokyo Daishoten on its night-racing programme. Floodlit racing under the Twinkle Race brand is a signature feature. Pari-mutuel wagering is denominated in Japanese yen.
