Parimatch Brasil was the Brazilian-targeted branch of the Parimatch sportsbook brand, which submitted an SPA licence application in September 2024 through Amplexus Corporation Ltda. Parimatch was acquired by VBET ahead of the 2025 regulated launch and the brand subsequently exited the Brazilian market in February 2025, ending its sponsorships including the Botafogo agreement that migrated to VBet. As of the brand exit, Parimatch Brasil no longer accepts new Brazilian customers. Players who held accounts were transitioned to the new VBet operator.
