Sobranie Casino is the first major casino opened in Russia s Yantarnaya gambling zone, launched on February 10, 2017 in the village of Kulikovo, around 40 km from Kaliningrad. Operated by Uni Gaming on a roughly 193,750 sq ft floor, it offers around 350 slot machines and 14 gaming tables including roulette, blackjack, Russian poker, and six-card poker. The complex hosts a concert hall featuring Russian and international performers and a restaurant called Offshore. Licensing follows the Russian federal gambling-zone framework for Kaliningrad Oblast.
