Solaire Resort North is an integrated luxury resort opened in May 2024 at Vertis North in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The USD 1 billion property occupies a 1.5 hectare site with a 38-storey tower housing 530 guestrooms and suites, 14 F&B outlets, a 19,375 sqft ballroom, conference rooms, spa, gym, retail and four gaming levels. The property is owned and operated by Bloomberry Resorts Corporation as the second Solaire branded property. Solaire Resort North was named Tatler Philippines 2025 Best New Hotel and operates under PAGCOR licensing.
