It is operated by ICR Cyprus Holdings Limited, a 75 percent subsidiary of Melco Resorts & Entertainment, under a 30-year licence with a 15-year exclusivity period granted by the Cyprus National Betting Authority and Cyprus Gaming and Casino Supervision Commission. The 14.8-acre property offers slot machines, live and electronic table games, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker, dining, and a 500-room hotel. The casino floor measures 7,500 square metres, the largest of its kind in the European Union.
