BETBY reports 33.4% GGR surge in Q3 2026 driven by World Cup and esports

Sportsbook supplier BETBY has announced a 33.4% increase in gross gaming revenue (GGR) for the third quarter of 2026 compared to the same period last year. The performance marks a significant uplift following the conclusion of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

According to the company, the strong results were driven by two main factors: the tail end of the World Cup tournament and the continued growth of its proprietary esports product, BETBY Games. Both contributed to a surge in player activity and betting volume.

The supplier reported that active players jumped 82.7% year-on-year, while total bets placed rose by 31.9%. The combination of higher engagement and increased betting frequency helped push GGR well above the prior year's figure.

BETBY’s esports feed, which offers a range of virtual and competitive gaming markets, has become a key differentiator for the B2B provider. The company has been investing in expanding its esports offering alongside traditional sportsbook solutions.

The Q3 2026 update further cements BETBY’s position as a growing force in the sportsbook supply space, with the World Cup acting as a strong catalyst for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
