Boyd Gaming Partners with Sonesta for Hotel Distribution

Boyd Gaming has entered into a strategic partnership with Sonesta International Hotels Corp. that will bring the casino operator's hotel properties onto the hospitality company's booking platform.

The agreement covers 19 of Boyd Gaming's casino resorts. By listing on Sonesta's platform, Boyd gains a non-gaming hotel partner capable of driving reservations from a broader audience of travelers.

For Sonesta, the deal adds a significant portfolio of gaming-anchored hotels to its network. The partnership allows the hotelier to offer its guests access to Boyd's properties, which combine lodging with casino and entertainment amenities.

The arrangement reflects a growing trend in the regional gaming market where operators seek to maximize hotel occupancy through traditional hospitality distribution channels.
